About Josh

Josh Williams is a traditionally trained clinical herbalist and graduate of one of the world's most celebrated herbal education programs. He's a life-long native of Salt Lake City, and has a passion for connecting people to the plants that can help them bloom into their best self. Josh's work focuses on stress, anxiety, adaptability, and mood; and he loves working with herbal teas as a medium to connect with plant medicines. Josh has written three books on the subject of medicinal herbal teas, is the co-formulator of Quit Tea, organized the Snowbrush Herb Festival in downtown Salt Lake City, is a member of the American Herbalists Guild, and has a popular herbal tea program hosted by the Salt Lake Public Library at Marmalade.
